We offer an exchange and or store credit or refund to the same value for returned goods, provided:
You have a receipt
The goods are in saleable condition
The goods are returned within 30 days of purchase
If the item purchased has a serious fault that you didn’t know about, or does not do the job you were led to believe, or the item does not match a sample or description shown to you before purchase, then you are entitled to a refund.
You cannot return an item if you have changed your mind, damaged the item, or knew about a fault before purchase (factory seconds/special sale items).
Some products have a shelf-life and must be exchanged before the life expires. To be fair to all, some special order items may be subject to a re-stocking fee, or be non-returnable. Shipping or freight may be at the customer’s expense.
We will assess the condition and age of all returned goods prior to offering a refund, exchange or repair. This may result in the product being sent away for assessment. Sometime due to the nature of the product e.g. electrical, printer cartridges or technology we may need to send the product to the manufacturer or their agent for assessment. If the product is not faulty or has been damaged due to inappropriate use a refund, exchange or repair will be refused.
All assessments will be carried out in as short a time frame as possible.
If you need to return an item that is capable of retaining data please note that assessment and or repair of the item may result in the loss of data.
